Our History

Crellins Carter was created in 2007 by the merger of two long established Weybridge practices: Bryan Carter & Co and Crellins, both of which were set up in the 1960s. Crellins initially known as Derek Crellin & Co started in Kingsway London WC2 and for many years had several regional offices. The combined firm now operates from a single modern office in Queens Road, Weybridge. The quality of our services is comparable with our competitors in central London; they are, however, supplied at local charging rates for quality service with commensurate saving.

We focus on solving your legal problems quickly and efficiently, offering services to private clients and small to medium sized businesses. We like to work by forming a close and ongoing relationship with our clients, providing a friendly and professional service. Much of our work emanates from existing clients, instructing us again or recommending us to others. We believe this is because they trust us, know we care and know we make a difference.
