Having first been called to the Bar, Alex was admitted as a solicitor in 2006. He has worked for major UK national and international practices as well as working in-house for a large hotel company. He undertakes a wide range of commercial property work, with a particular emphasis on:
- Acquisition and disposal of commercial property (freehold and leasehold)
- Acquisition and disposal of leisure property (freehold and leasehold)
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant
- Property portfolio management
- Land development
- Secured lending
- Franchising
- Telecommunications
In addition to his real estate experience, Alex also specialises in alcohol licensing and acts for both individual and corporate clients. Alex applies his licensing experience to leisure property transactions, but is also able to act on behalf of clients in relation to all types of licensing applications and hearings.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys travelling, music, exercise and outdoor pursuits.
