Derek is a Senior Partner of Crellins Carter with over 40 years experience of commercial and private client work of all types. He has regularly conducted complex commercial and corporate transactions and litigation. This long experience has included a broad spectrum of experience from representing national and international trading companies and major football clubs. He handles company takeovers and major litigation, and has significant experience of property development.
He also supervises our private client department, including wills, probate, trusts and employment.
He founded Crellins in 1969, and is a life governor of the Imperial Cancer Research fund.
Derek plays tennis and golf and is an ardent supporter of Manchester United.
