Priya is a residential property solicitor at Crellins Carter. Whilst reading for a degree in Law & European Studies (LL.B) she simultaneously studied Spanish law at Universidad Europea de Madrid. Thereafter, she completed her LPC at the London College of Law.
As a member of the Law Society and associated Property and Junior Lawyers Section, the British Spanish Law Association, Surrey Law Society and Surrey Young Lawyers, Priya regularly keeps tabs on the latest legislative measures and updates in the property sector to offer a unique and tailored service to all her clients. She develops and fosters relationships and has built an extensive network of business referrers, agents and brokers since beginning her career in 2007 in Law. Her expertise lies in sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, equity release schemes and development sites. She offers a very friendly and efficient service to her clients and as a result clients not only return themselves, but recommend her to friends and family.
